Sensirion SHT4xI Relative Humidity & Temperature Sensors

Sensirion SHT4xI Relative Humidity and Temperature Sensors offer a 2.3V to 5.5V supply voltage range, 21µA average current rating, and an I2C output interface. These sensors have two accuracy versions, SHT40I and SHT41I featuring robustness and increased ESD protection. SHT4xI sensors are based on Sensirion’s CMOSens® technology, which ensures high reliability. These sensors enable seamless integration due to their wide operating voltage range, robust housing, and small size of 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.5mm3 and can be interfaced via several preconfigured I2C addresses. The integrated heater on these sensors allows for advanced onboard diagnostics, while the sensor is designed for harsh conditions. Sensirion SHT4xI Sensors are suitable for measurements under rough conditions in industrial applications.

Evaluation Boards

The SEK-SHT40I-AD1B and SEK-SHT41I-AD1B evaluation kits are designed to evaluate Sensirion’s SHT4xI digital humidity sensors. Each kit contains three sensors of the same accuracy class, mounted on an FPCB and one RJ45 adapter cable of 1-meter length for connection to the SEK-SensorBridge.
