Murata SCC433T-K03 Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) feature a combined high-performance angular rate and accelerometer sensor component based on Murata’s capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is accomplished in one mixed signal ASIC that provides angular rate and acceleration output via a flexible SPI digital interface. The SCC433T-K03 series offers a ±300°/s X- or X/Z-axis angular rate measurement range, ±6g and ±8g 3-axis acceleration measurement range, and 3V to 3.6V supply voltage. The sensor elements and ASIC are packaged on an overmolded SOIC-16W plastic housing for reliable long-term operation. The robust package is also suitable for lead-free soldering processes and SMD mounting. The housing dimensions are 10.4mm x 7.65mm x 2.3mm (L x W x H). The IMUs are compatible with RoHS and ELV directives and operate in a -40°C to +110°C temperature range.
