Coto Technology RedRock® RR142 Multi-Channel Magnetic Sensors

Coto Technology RedRock® RR142 Multi-Channel Magnetic Sensors are based on Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology with seamless CMOS integration. These magnetic sensors offer both digital and analog output options. The digital channels feature an operating sensitivity of 60G (6mT) with an omnipolar magnetic field response and a 12Hz operating frequency. The analog channels offer a -80G to 80G sensitivity range with a sensitivity of 5mV/V/G and enable precise level detection.

The RR142 sensors feature a 1.7V to 5.5V supply voltage range, 150nA (digital only mode) and 1.2μA (digital + analog mode), lowest average current, up to 125°C temperature rated, and omnipolar response for the digital channel with push-pull output. These magnetic sensors are RoHS and REACH compliant. The RR142 sensors are used in proximity detection, rotary sensing, fluid level detection, utility meter, portable medical device, consumer electronic, and motor controller applications.
