TE Connectivity AMPSEAL 16 Coaxial Test Kit

TE Connectivity’s (TE) AMPSEAL 16 Coaxial Test Kit is designed to validate AMPSEAL 16 connectors with coaxial terminals for speeds up to 6GHz. This test kit contains two test boards, three 5m cable assemblies with either a 1P plug to 4P plug, 4P cap to 4P plug, or 4P cap to 1P plug, and detailed test set-up instructions. The two test boards are populated with a 1P header and a single SMA-enabling connection to a network analyzer – one at each end of the cable chain. The three cable assemblies connect from the single port test card and showcase the 4P female and male housings for the inline connections. This replicates two in-line connections within the channel and allows the user to validate a full 15m channel. TE AMPSEAL 16 Coaxial Test Kit requires a vector network analyzer (VNA) and a TDR measurement system.
