Broadcom AFBR-S4N22P014M NUV-MT Photomultiplier Array is designed for ultrasensitive precision measurements of single photons. This photomultiplier array features excellent Single Photon Time Resolution (SPTR) and CRT. This photomultiplier array also offers superior breakdown voltage and gain uniformity between devices. The AFBR-S4N22P014M SiPM array includes a highly transparent epoxy-protection layer, producing a broad response in the visible-light-spectrum with high sensitivity toward the blue and near-UV regions. This photomultiplier array operates between the -20°C to 60°C operating temperature range and is RoHS, CFM, and REACH compliant. Typical applications include X-ray and gamma-ray detection, nuclear medicine, positron emission tomography, safety and security, physics experiments, and Cherenkov detection.
