Diodes Incorporated AH372x High-Voltage Hall-Effect Latch

Diodes Incorporated AH372x High-Voltage Hall-Effect Latch is designed for precise speed measurement in brushless DC motor commutation and is used in automotive applications. The Diodes Incorporated AH372x operates in a supply range of 3.0V to 28V and features a chopper-stabilized architecture. The device has an internal bandgap regulator for temperature-compensated supply, and robust protection mechanisms, including a reverse blocking diode with a Zener clamp on the supply. The output has an overcurrent limit and a Zener clamp for added reliability.
