Texas Instruments SN74AC573-Q1 Octal D-Type Transparent Latch

Texas Instruments SN74AC573-Q1 Octal D-Type Transparent Latch includes CMOS standard inputs and balanced 3-state outputs. This latch drives 50Ω transmission lines and loads with a total capacitance ≤50pF. The SN74AC573-Q1 supports up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts and offers ±24mA continuous output drive at 5V. This latch operates from 1.5V to 6V supply voltage range and -40°C to 125°C free-air temperature range. The SN74AC573-Q1 latch is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. This latch is used in parallel data storage and digital bus buffer applications.
