Infineon Technologies PROFET™ +12V Automotive Smart High-Side Switches

Infineon Technologies PROFET™ +12V Automotive Smart High-Side Switches include single, dual, and 4-channel protected high-side power switches in PG-DSO-8 and PG-DSO-14 exposed pad packages. The devices feature an RDSon from 8mΩ to 200mΩ and can drive loads from 0.5A up to 10A.

The Infineon PROFET +12V automotive smart high-side switches are qualified for automotive applications such as lighting, body control modules (BCM), and heating. The protected high-side switches can drive resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. The PROFET+ 12V offers a vast range of smart features, allowing the devices to replace electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits or be used for industrial applications.
