Taiwan Semiconductor TSU Trench Schottky Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor TSU Trench Schottky Rectifiers are designed to achieve low power loss and high efficiency. These surface mount rectifiers feature a 1A or 2A forward current and 31V or 45V repetitive peak reverse voltage within a -55°C to +175°C junction temperature range. The TSU rectifiers provide a Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL-1). The rectifiers are AEC-Q101-qualified, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 standards, and RoHS compliant. Applications include Switching Mode Power Supply (SMPS), adapters, lighting applications, onboard DC/DC converters, and automotive.
