STMicroelectronics STM32C0x Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit MCUs implement a high-performance Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 48MHz frequency. The devices provide a high level of integration, ideal for a wide range of consumer, industrial, and appliance applications. Additionally, the MCUs are prepared for the Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
The STM STM32C0x Arm Cortex-M0+ 32-bit MCUs combine a memory protection unit (MPU), high-speed embedded memories (12Kbytes of SRAM and up to 32Kbytes of Flash program memory with read and write protection), DMA, and extensive range of system functions, enhanced I/Os, and peripherals. Furthermore, the MCUs offer standard communication interfaces (one I2Cs, one SPI/one I2S, and two USARTs), one 12-bit ADC (2.5MSps) with up to 21 channels, a low-power RTC, an advanced control PWM timer, four general-purpose 16-bit timers, two watchdog timers, and a SysTick timer.
The STM32C0x MCUs offer an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and a supply voltage range of 2.0V to 3.6V. The device’s optimized dynamic consumption combined with power-saving modes enables the design of low-power applications.
The STM32C031x4/x6 is housed in packages with 20- to 48-pins, while the STM32C011x4/x6 is housed in packages with 8- to 20-pins.
