Nisshinbo NC2600 2A PWM/PFM Step-down Switching Regulators

Nisshinbo NC2600 2A PWM/PFM Step-down Switching Regulators offer synchronous rectification designed to be used in small applications where the board space area is limited. The NC2600 is available in a tiny WLCSP-8-P11 package with a total PCB area of only 12.87 square millimeters, including external components. Also, it is equipped with a function that automatically switches between Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) mode and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) mode based on the output current level. This function makes it possible to achieve high efficiency at heavy and light load conditions.
