onsemi NCP59801 High Accuracy LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP59801 High Accuracy LDO Regulators are 1A devices offering Power Good open collector output. Designed to meet RF and sensitive analog circuit requirements, NCP59801 components provide low noise, high PSRR (85dB), a low quiescent current, excellent load/line transients, and regulate output voltages down to 0.6V. The onsemi NCP59801 LDO Regulators work with a 4.7µF input and output ceramic capacitor. These regulators are available in industry-standard DFNW8 0.65P (3mm x 3mm) and WDFNW6 0.65P (2mm x 2mm) packages.
