Silicon Labs EFR32FG25 Flex Gecko Wireless SoCs is an ideal solution for sub-GHz Wi-SUN® applications in metering, lighting, and distribution automation. The Silicon Labs EFR32FG25 features a high-performance sub-GHz radio and long-range connectivity. The SoCs are not affected by interference from 2.4GHz technologies. The single-die, multi-core design offers security, high throughput, and an integrated power amplifier, making it the perfect choice for secure IoT device connectivity.

  • Robust peripheral set and up to 37 GPIO
