NXP Semiconductors NTS Dual Supply Translating Transceivers offer bidirectional voltage level translation for various applications. NXP Semiconductors NTS transceivers have a 2-bit, dual supply design. The devices feature two input-output ports, an output enable input and two supply pins that allow for a wide range of voltage options. The transceivers have VCC(A) and VCC(B) supply pins supplied at any voltage between 1.65V to 3.6V and 2.3V to 5.5V. The device’s IOFF circuitry ensures safe and effective partial-power-down operations, protecting equipment from damaging backflow currents.
