ROHM Semiconductor BUxxJA2MNVX-C Automotive Full CMOS LDO Regulators are high performance, AEC-Q100 qualified low dropout regulators with a 200mA output. The BUxxJA2MNVX-C LDO Regulators offer excellent noise and load responsiveness characteristics despite their low 35μA circuit current consumption. These devices are ideal for automotive applications such as radar and camera power supplies.

The BUxxJA2MNVX-C LDO Regulators are offered in an ultra-small 1.0mm2 SSON004R1010 package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
