MaxLinear MxL86110 Single Port Gigabit Ethernet PHYs

MaxLinear MxL86110 Single Port Gigabit Ethernet PHYs offer state-of-the-art capabilities with low power consumption, a small footprint, and low RBOM. The MxL86110 supports 10BASE-Te, 100BASE-TX, and 1000BASE-T on a twisted pair interface. The 10BASE-Te and 100BASE-TX enable half- and full-duplex and 1000BASE-T full-duplex modes of operation. The MxL86110 is available in commercial and industrial temperature ranges while supporting an RGMII MAC interface.

The MaxLinear MxL86110 has low power consumption and features Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) for 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T. Further power saving can be accomplished using the Wake-on-LAN functionality and no-link detection.

The MxL86110 is housed in a small QFN40 package and can be operated from a single 3.3V power supply employing the integrated DC/DC converter with few external components.

Advanced applications are endorsed by the industrial temperature range variant (MxL86110I), SyncE support, and integrated SerDes.
