Nisshinbo NR1600 500mA Low Dropout Voltage Regulator

Nisshinbo Micro Devices NR1600 500mA Low Dropout Voltage Regulator is CMOS-based, featuring a Soft-start and PowerGood function. The NR1600 can use an external capacitor (CSS) to adjust the Soft-start time during startup, making it easy to suppress inrush current and adjust the slew rate. The Nisshinbo NR1600 regulator is housed in a 1.2mm x 1.2mm x 0.4mm small DFN1212-6-GK package, ideal for saving system space.
