Nisshinbo RM517L Buck DC/DC Modules

Nisshinbo Micro Devices RM517L Buck DC/DC Modules are powerful 300mA Buck DC/DC converters with a built-in inductor in a tiny QFN2430-8 package. The devices require two external capacitors, removing the necessity of complex wiring and easily enabling the design of a compact board. The RM517L also contributes to long battery life and small battery size by reducing power consumption and stand-by current in VFM mode.
