ROHM Semiconductor BD45 & BD46 Automotive Voltage Detector ICs

ROHM Semiconductor BD45 and BD46 Automotive Voltage Detector ICs are highly accurate, AEC-Q100 qualified, low current consumption voltage detection devices. The counter timer delay circuit is built into both the BD45 and BD46 ICs, therefore no external capacitor for the delay time setting is necessary. The BD45 Voltage Detector ICs provide an N-channel open-drain output. The BD46 Voltage Detector ICs provide a CMOS output. Both devices are designed for specific detection voltage ranging from 2.3V to 4.8V, with a 0.1V increment.
