PANJIT MBR5H60PC-AU Schottky Barrier Rectifier is a surface mount ultra-low reverse current (I_R) rectifier with a 60V maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage. This rectifier also features a 5A maximum average forward rectified current, low leakage current, low power loss, high efficiency, and high surge current capability. The MBR5H60PC-AU Schottky barrier rectifier is AEC-Q101 qualified and lead-free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0 and green molding compound as per IEC 61249 standard. This rectifier operates from -55°C to 175°C junction temperature range and is available in the TO-277C package.
