NXP Semiconductors PN7642 Single Chip NFC Solution includes a high-performance NFC reader, a customizable MCU, and a security toolbox. The low-power Arm® Cortex M33-based MCU features 180kB of programmable flash memory, and the SESIP-certified security system is optimized for cryptography and secure key storage. The NXP PN7642 is highly integrated and designed to replace an additional MCU and dedicated secure element.

The PN7642 single-chip solution utilizes a rich set of controller and host interfaces with a comprehensive product support package to support a quick design-in.

The NXP Semiconductors PN7642 Single Chip NFC Solution is offered in a compact VFBGA64 package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
