Diodes Incorporated DMTH46M7SFVWQ N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET is an AEC-Q101 qualified MOSFET with Low RDS(ON) that ensures minimum on-state losses. This MOSFET features excellent QGD ×RDS(ON) product (FOM) and a wettable flank for improved optical inspection. The DMTH46M7SFVWQ MOSFET is Lead-free, RoHS-compliant, and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) capable. Typical applications include motor controls, power management functions, and DC-DC converters.
