Renesas Electronics ISL9122 Ultra-Low IQ Buck-Boost Regulator integrates a complete buck switching regulator, with a PWM controller, internal switches, references, protection circuitry, and control inputs in a compact package. This device delivers high efficiency at light and heavy loads, with a dynamic VOUT change in 25mV increments. The Renesas Electronics ISL9122 can function in PFM/PWM, Forced PWM, Ultra-Sonic, and Forced Bypass modes.

The ISL9122 Ultra-Low IQ Buck-Boost Regulator is offered in compact DFN8 and WLCSP8 packages, ideal for space-constrained applications.
