Diodes Incorporated AP22654/AP22655 Precision Adjustable Switches

Diodes Incorporated AP22654/AP22655 Precision Adjustable Current-Limit Power Switches are optimized for precision current-limiting applications. The devices supply up to 3.1A continuous load current during heavy loads/short circuits. The AP22654/AP22655 have a 400mA to 3500mA (typical) pin-strapped current-limit threshold via an external resistor.
