Menlo Micro MM5620 64GT/s Dual DP3T Relay with Loopback

Menlo Micro MM5620 64GT/s Dual DP3T Relay with Loopback supports the high-speed differential signal switching required in PCIe Gen 6, SerDes, and other standards. This switch is based on Ideal Switch® technology and can operate up to 64GT/s or 20GHz to meet the requirements of high-performance applications. Additional features include fast switching speed, low insertion loss, and high reliability with over 3 billion switching cycles.

The MM5620 relay integrates a charge pump and driver GPIO or SPI interfaces by a host processor. This design fully integrates the loopback capacitors and provides significant size reductions compared to other high-speed relay solutions. Typical applications include high-speed data digital component testing, Automated Test Equipment (ATE) device interface boards, O/E module testing, and differential switch matrixes.
