Renesas Electronics RA4T1 Arm® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA4T1 Arm® Microcontrollers (MCUs) are built on a highly efficient 40nm process. These MCUs include a 100MHz Arm Cortex®-M33 core, high-speed analog comparator, and programmable gain amplifier. The RA4T1 MCUs feature 256kB flash memory, 40kB SRAM, 4kB data flash to store data as in EEPROM, and a general Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) timer. These MCUs also feature a 12-bit A/D converter, DAC, and rich analog functions to realize downsizing for space-constrained applications. The RA4T1 MCUs are supported by the Flexible Software Package (FSP), including the motor control-specific control code algorithm. These MCUs are used for motor control applications in smart homes, washing machines, refrigerators, vacuum machines, compressors, cutting tools, and sanders.
