Microchip Technology SAM9X70 Ultra-Low Power Embedded Microprocessors (MPUs) are ARM926EJ-S CPU-based MPUs that run up to 800MHz. The SAM9X70 supports various NVM interfaces, including NAND Flash, Quad SPI, and eMMC Flash. This device offers a 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet interface with TSN connectivity support. It also includes State-of-the-Art security functions such as Secure Boot capability with on-chip secure key storage (OTP), high-performance crypto accelerators (SHA, AES, and TDES), tamper pins, and PUF. Microchip offers different supply configurations and thoroughly tested power management solutions respecting the SAM9X70 power sequencing specifications referenced in the product specifications.
