Renesas Electronics RAA211x DC-DC Regulators

Renesas Electronics RAA211x DC-DC Regulators support most industrial supply rails with one pin-out. The RAA211x regulators offer flexible design portability, compatible pin-outs, best-in-class load regulation accuracy, and peak current mode control with internal compensation. An optional external bias LDO input can reduce power dissipation across the load range. The Renesas Electronics RAA211x DC-DC Regulators are available in a 4mm x 3.5mm QFN or an HTSSOP package.
