Qorvo QPA0001 GaN Driver Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA0001 GaN Driver Amplifiers are based on 0.15µm QGaN15 on the SiC process in a 4mm x 3mm x 0.65mm mold-encapsulated QFN package. These amplifiers feature a 8.5GHz to 10.5GHz operating frequency range, 2W saturated output power, 50% power-added efficiency, and 27dB of large signal gain. The QPA0001 amplifiers also feature 33dBm output power, -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range, 16V drain voltage, and 55mA drain current. These amplifiers are ideal for commercial, military radar, and communications.
