Qorvo QPA0812 Power Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA0812 Power Amplifiers are high-performance power amplifiers based on the QPHT15 (0.15µm) pHEMT process. These amplifiers feature an 8.5GHz to 10.5GHz operational frequency range, 1W saturated output power, 24dB of large-signal gain, and 48% power-added efficiency. The QPA0812 amplifiers also feature 16dBm input power, 1.37W power dissipation, 10mA gate current, and a -55°C to 150°C storage temperature range. These power amplifiers are available in a small 4mm x 3mm x 0.85mm plastic overmold QFN package. The QPA0812 power amplifiers are lead-free, RoHS compliant, and ideal for radar and military applications.
