ROHM Semiconductor BU64296GWX Bidirectional VCM Driver

ROHM Semiconductor BU64296GWX Bidirectional VCM Driver is designed to drive bidirectional voice coil motors. The BU64296GWX can source the output current without the need for a direction control signal. The device includes ISRC (Intelligent Slew Rate Control) to reduce mechanical ringing to optimize camera autofocus capabilities. The BU64296GWX includes a 2-wire I2C compatible serial interface.

The ROHM Semiconductor BU64296GWX VCM Driver is offered in a UCSP30L1 package.
