Qorvo QPA2040D 20-40GHz 2-Watt GaN Power Amplifier

Qorvo QPA2040D 20-40GHz 2-Watt GaN Power Amplifier is designed for the Ka-band frequency range. The Qorvo QPA2040D is fabricated using Qorvo’s 0.15um GaN on the SiC process. The amplifier features a saturated output power of 2W and power-added efficiency of 13%. The QPA2040D offers simplified system integration with its full match to 50ohms and integrated DC blocking caps on both RF I/O ports.
