Qorvo QM42639SR Front End Modules

Qorvo QM42639SR Front End Modules are designed for Wi-Fi® 7 (802.11be) systems and feature a compact form factor. The Qorvo QM42639SR minimizes the layout area and optimizes the power amplifier (PA) for a diverse range of supply voltage (3.0V < VCC < 5.0V). The modules feature multiple Wi-Fi and BT TX modes and allow for fine-tuning of output power, linearity, and power dissipation, striking a balance between power conservation and superior linear output power, ensuring top-notch throughput.
