Renesas Electronics RA6T3 Arm® Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA6T3 Arm® Microcontrollers (MCUs) are built on a highly efficient 40nm process. These MCUs include multiple peripherals, 200MHz Arm Cortex®-M33, a 12-bit A/D converter, and a 12-bit DAC. The RA6T3 MCUs are equipped with general Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) timer, a high-speed analog comparator, rich analog functions, and a programmable gain amplifier. These MCUs feature 256kB flash memory, 40kB SRAM, SCI, SPI, I3C, USB FS device, and 4kB data flash to store data as in EEPROM. The RA6T3 MCUs are scalable from 32-pin to 64-pin packages and are supported by Flexible Software Package (FSP). These MCUs are used in motor control applications in air conditioners, IH cookers, dishwashers, refrigerators, pumps, compressors, drills, grinders, and sanders.
