Renesas Electronics RAA2230xx 700V Non-Isolated AC-DC Buck Regulators

Renesas Electronics RAA2230xx Non-Isolated AC-DC Buck Regulators feature an integrated 700V MOSFET capable of delivering up to 8.0W output power, with an output voltage as low as 3.3V, with various package options. The RAA2230xx regulators include a unique constant-off-time control method that helps achieve ultra-low standby power, negligible EMI, and no audible noise. These devices also support secondary-side-feedback isolated flyback topology. Additional features include input brownout protection that prevents input circuitry from the overcurrent at low input voltage and hiccup protections for output fault conditions such as short-circuit, overload, and open feedback. Renesas Electronics RAA2230xx Non-Isolated AC-DC Buck Regulators are available in SOIC-7, SOIC-8, and TSOT23-5 package options.
