Infineon Technologies Automotive PSoC™, TRAVEO™ T2G, and AURIX™ Microcontrollers (MCUs) offer a comprehensive product range that includes state-of-the-art 32-bit microcontrollers. These MCUs provide strong performance, future-proven security solutions, and traditional 8- and 16-bit microcontrollers.

The 32-bit MCU product portfolio includes TRAVEO, T2G, Auto PSoC, based on Arm® Cortex®-M technology, and AURIX, which uses TriCore™ technology. Infineon’s broad portfolio of microcontrollers enables scalable and high-performance solutions for various applications in automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.

All Infineon automotive microcontrollers are AECQ-100 qualified and supply excellent performance and reliability based on TriCore benchmark technology and an Arm® Cortex.

The device includes a rich set of connectivity features ideal for automotive and safety-critical industrial applications.

The AURIX™ microcontroller is automotive qualified and is designed to meet the needs of the most demanding embedded control systems applications where the competing issues of price/performance, real-time responsiveness, computational power, data bandwidth, and power consumption are key design elements. AURIX™ TriCore™ microcontrollers unite the elements of a RISC processor core, a microcontroller, and a DSP in one single MCU design. TriCore™-based microcontroller products are designed for use in a large variety of automotive and industrial applications.

The Automotive PSoC™ 4 integrates Infineon best-in-class capacitive sensing technology for demanding Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications in the automotive interior as well as exterior applications along with an ARM Cortex-M0/M0+ CPU, flash, and memory.

The need to integrate more functions electrically without creating proportional power consumption, the connectivity to enable growing data exchange by offering suitable communication interfaces such as CAN FD and Ethernet, and meet the demand for security/safety by having state-of-the-art user-programmable security modules onboard to allow different levels of autonomous driving.

The TRAVEO™ T2G for Cluster family of automotive microcontrollers (MCU) with a new graphic engine and smart rendering technology offers unrivaled performance for automotive graphics applications. The family is based on up to two Arm Cortex-M7 cores with up to 320MHz. The TRAVEO T2G Cluster Microcontroller family enables best-in-class ASIL-B/SIL-2 safety performance. The MCU family comes with up to 6MB of Flash and up to 4MB of VRAM.

The PSoC™ High Voltage enables Smart Sensing for future mobility, meeting all the requirements for battery management and smart sensing. The PSoC 4 HV (High Voltage) is a family of products providing one-chip solutions for smart sensor automotive designs. It integrates high precision/programmable analog blocks and programmable digital blocks along with high-voltage (12V) operation integrating communication transceivers such as LIN / CXPI PHY and an ARM Cortex M0+ CPU with embedded memory.
