NXP Semiconductors PF530x Core Supply Regulator PMICs

NXP Semiconductors PF530x Core Supply Regulator Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs) integrate high-performance 8A, 12A, or 15A single buck converters to power high-end processors. With adaptive voltage positioning and a high-bandwidth loop, the PF5300, PF5301, and PF5302 devices offer excellent transient responses with reduced capacitance requirements. These devices are developed in compliance with ISO 26262 Automotive Safety Specification, are configurable with safety levels up to ASIL D, and are qualified according to AEC-Q100 requirements. Characterized across a wide -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature range, the PF530x PMICs are ideal for the automotive and industrial markets.

These PMICs are co-architected with a VR5510 PMIC, providing a complete system power solution for an S32G3 processor. The PF530x components are also part of the BYLink system power platform enabling an intelligent approach to design multiple, scalable power management. NXP Semiconductors PF530x Core Supply Regulator PMICs are suitable for various applications as a standalone power solution or working in conjunction with other NXP PMICs to provide a complete system solution for advanced applications.
