Silicon Labs EFR32FG28 BLUETOOTH® SoCs are an ideal dual-band Sub-GHz + 2.4GHz BLE SoC solution for “Internet of Things” applications in smart homes, security, lighting, building automation,and metering. This dual-band solution combines a high-performance Sub-GHz radio with long-range capabilities and a 2.4GHz BLE radio for increased design flexibility. The EFR32FG28 also adds an AI/ML Hardware accelerator for more efficient and accurate calculations at the edge. With memory options up to 256kB of RAM and 1024 kB of Flash, the Silicon Labs EFR32FG28 is ideal for more resource-intensive applications and stacks like Wi-SUN and Amazon Sidewalk, allowing users to support more ecosystems with simpler hardware designs.
