Amphenol RF MHV Cable Assemblies

Amphenol RF Miniature High Voltage (MHV) Cable Assemblies support up to 5000V_DC and provide excellent electrical performance up to 500MHz. Amphenol RF MHV Cable Assemblies feature an industry-standard RG-58 cable and a bayonet coupling mechanism for quick and easy connect/disconnect functionality. The assemblies feature straight MHV connectors with nickel-plated brass bodies and silver-plated brass contacts. Nickel plating offers increased durability. Although the appearance and mating style of MHV connectors is similar to the popular BNC connectors, these connector types are not intermateable. Applications for MHV Cable Assemblies include transmission lines, X-rays, and nuclear control instrumentation.
