onsemi NCV57080 Isolated High Current Gate Drivers

onsemi NCV57080 Isolated High Current Gate Drivers are single-channel IGBT gate drivers that feature 3.75kVrms internal galvanic isolation, designed for high system efficiency and reliability. These gate drivers offer options such as Active Miller Clamp (NCV57080A), negative power supply (NCV57080B), and separate high and low (OUTH and OUTL) driver outputs (NCV57080C). The NCV57080 gate drivers can accommodate a wide range of input bias voltages and signal levels from 3.3V to 20V. Typical applications include On-Board Charger (OBC), PTC heater, e-compressors, and automotive power supplies.
