EPCOS / TDK B25645A & B25647A High Power ModCap™ Capacitors

TDK B25645A and B25647A High Power ModCap™ Capacitors feature a modular design for DC link applications and parallelization. The B25645A ModCap MF capacitors offer medium frequency performance, while the B25647A ModCap HF series is high frequency and fully compatible with SiC semiconductors. Both variants are constructed with a polypropylene film dielectric and optimized low inductance flat female terminals, resulting in a high energy density, ultra-compact solution. Additional features include self-healing technology, overvoltage capability, and a lifetime of up to 200,000 hours. TDK B25645A and B25647A High Power ModCap Capacitors are well-suited for use in locomotives, tramways, light train inverters, renewable energy converters, industrial motor drives, and more.
