Nexperia NPS4053 Load Switch Evaluation Boards

Nexperia NPS4053 Load Switch Evaluation Boards are purpose-built PCBs designed for the Nexperia load switch lineup. The Nexperia NPS4053 features an array of test points, including GND, V_IN, V_OUT, FLG, and ON. The board allows seamless oscilloscope probe integration. The board simplifies the evaluation process with a user-centric approach, enabling efficient analysis of dynamic attributes like R_ON and smooth turn-on behavior to the load switch technology.

Features

Input voltage can be supplied via the test points, and V_IN can range from 2.5V to 5.5V
Decoupling capacitors are connected to V_IN at the input and output of the EVB and close to the load switch IC

V_IN_Sense and V_OUT_Sense are used when accurate measurements of the input or output are required
Make R_ON measurements using these Kelvin sense connections when measuring the voltage drop from V_IN to V_OUT
