Amphenol Aerospace 38999 Ram-Lock Positive Locking Connectors

Amphenol Aerospace 38999 Ram-Lock Positive Locking Connectors utilize a push-pull interface, making them ideal for applications where accidental unmating is a concern. To unmate these connectors, the user must pull on the operating sleeve of the plug instead of pulling on the cable. The connectors also feature visual, tactile, and audible full-mate indications, along with full environmental sealing and EMI protection. Lanyards can also be added to the connectors. The 38999 Ram-Lock series uses ball bearings for locking and a traditional D38999 EMI band with performance comparable to a traditional military-specification circular connector. Amphenol Aerospace 38999 Ram-Lock Positive Locking Connectors are ideal for solider-worn equipment, electric vehicles (EVs) and equipment charging, battery terminal connections, and more.
