Renesas Electronics RAA78817x 3.3V Transceivers

Renesas Electronics RAA78817x Transceivers are 3.3V powered single transceivers with high output drive and high EFT and ESD protection. The Renesas Electronics RAA78817x devices are immune to ±3kV IEC61000-4-4 EFT transients and withstand ±15kV IEC61000-4-2 ESD strikes without latch-up.
