Dialight 598 Series Mini PLCC LEDs

Dialight 598 Series Mini Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier (PLCC) LEDs are PLCC configured LEDs that are thin version footprint to a standard PLCC. These LEDs reduce board space that can be utilized for the same amount of indication lights in the designs. The 598 mini PLCC series are different color LEDs that feature 20mA forward current, 60mA peak forward current, and 5V reverse voltage. These LEDs operate on -40°C to 65°C temperature range.
