Qorvo QPQ1214 LTE SAW Triplexer Filter Module

Qorvo QPQ1214 LTE SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) Triplexer Filter Module is a high-performance SAW Triplexer optimized for LTE Bands 12 and 13. The QPQ1214 consists of three SAW dies along with passive SMT components. This device features a proprietary temperature-compensated process technology that reduces the temperature coefficient of frequency for SAW devices by almost 50%.

The Qorvo QPQ1214 LTE SAW Triplexer Filter Module is offered in a compact, 6-pin, 4mm x 5mm SMT package with a +25°C to +70°C operating temperature range.
