Kingbright HELI-UM Ultra 0201 SMD LEDs are high-intensity light-emitting diodes in an ultra-small 0.65mm x 0.35mm x 0.20mm 0201 package. These compact LEDs are ideal for portable and wearable applications and are compatible with automatic placement equipment. The HELI-UM Ultra LEDs feature a wide 140° viewing angle and low 5mA power consumption.

The Kingbright HELI-UM Ultra LEDs are available in Blue (468nm) and Green (525nm) colors driven @ 5mA with exceptional intensity output.
