Microchip Technology AVR16EB14/20/28/32 microcontrollers are part of the AVR® EB family. The AVR16EB14/20/28/32 offers an AVR CPU with hardware multiplier running at clock speeds up to 20MHz, with 16KB of Flash, 2KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The AVR16EB14/20/28/32 MCUs implement the most current technology with a flexible and low-power architecture, including an Event System, accurate analog subsystems, and advanced digital peripherals.
