RECOM Power RPX-0.5Q & RPX-1.5Q AEC-Q100 DC/DC Converters

RECOM Power RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q AEC-Q100 DC/DC Converters are automotive-grade buck converters with an integrated inductor in a compact 3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm thermally-enhanced QFN package with wettable flanks (various models). Operating within a -40°C to +125°C temperature range, the RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q components feature an input range from 4V_DC to 36V_DC, allowing 5V, 12V, or 24V supply voltages to be used. The output voltage can be set with two resistors ranging from 0.8V_DC up to 30V_DC (1.5A) or 34V_DC (0.5A). These devices are fully protected against continuous short circuits, output overcurrent, or over-temperature faults. The RECOM Power RPX-0.5Q and RPX-1.5Q AEC-Q100, DC/DC Converters, are ideal for automotive, electric vehicle (EV), and harsh environment designs.
