Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6605C Low-Side MOSFET Driver ICs

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6605C Low-Side (LS) MOSFET Driver ICs are 4-channel ICs with an I2C interface. These ICs integrate Low-Side MOSFET (LS-FET) switches and High-Side (HS) clamp diodes to drive inductive loads. The MP6605C driver ICs operate from a supply voltage of up to 60V and deliver up to 1.5A output current, depending upon the PCB design and thermal conditions. These ICs feature 60V maximum winding clamp voltage, 350mΩ MOSFET on-resistance, Over-Current Protection (OCP), Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection, and Over-Temperature Protection (OTP). The MP6605C driver ICs are available in a QFN-24 (4mm x 4mm) package. These driver ICs are used in unipolar stepper motors and solenoid drivers.
